Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician
The work is part-time to begin with and should rapidly grow to full-time with the amount of opportunity in the marketplace. A majority of the work is during the night or early morning (when a restaurant and other commercial facilities we service are closed). Power washing, mechanical and electrical experience is a plus. Technician must have a valid Driver's license, be able to show up on time, read and understand safety plans and procedures, as well as successfully pass both a background and drug test.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Power Washing of kitchen exhaust system including hoods, duct work, filters and exhaust fans.
- Must be able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access in commercial and industrial establishments.
- Set up and take down of all job sites and equipment including wiping down of stainless steel hoods, setting up wet/dry vacuums, high pressure hoses, pre-sprayers, ladders, hanging plastic sheeting etc.
- Be able to maintain and report any deficiencies of equipment.
- Must be able to communicate well with customers, work together well on a team and take direction from team leaders.
Location: Based in Jefferson City. Jobs take place in JC, Columbia, and surrounding areas.
